Emi & Tyson saw me at a wedding from 3 years ago – at Eric & Amy’s wedding in Petrie where I was the Wedding DJ & MC – who ironically live next door to each other! It was then they decided that they wanted me for their wedding at the stunning Room 360 at QUT Old Government House. I had never been to this venue before, and from the moment you walk in it’s obvious why they call it Room 360 – as you immediately see 360 degree views of Brisbane City, Southbank & Kangaroo Point.

Emi & Tyson wanted a FUN Wedding DJ & MC, making sure all their guests got involved, and Tyson made it clear he wanted it to be with all that ‘mushy stuff’. So after a few meetings with them both and questions, we created exactly that. A fun wedding, with some guest involvement throughout the night and a little bit of a story at the start talking about how they met, and the poor (yet amusing) troubles that he had to go through to propose to Emi.

They had an amazing personalised introduction for their entry, as each couple walked in one by one, we had a unique/personalized story. Shorlty after we had some speeches from the Family and then some Entertainment & Games with the audience, and also Emi & Tyson.

Emi also had her family from Fiji which included a very beautiful Father/Daughter dance, which mixed into a Fiji Song called “Raude” by Black Rose which got ALL of the family up onto the dance floor to party and sing and was just so amazing to watch.

Paul from Studio SW19 was there throughout the night working with the Emi & Tyson to take some great photos of their arrival, and throughout the night and the family as well. They are a great photography company who are very easy to work with and happy to help as well. Great work guys! I’m sure you got some great photos of everyone.

It really was a great night, (that went so quick) – and ended on a high with a big farewell circle with everyone in the middle having one more last dance to their Bridal Waltz.
