New Years Eve 2019 – DJ & Photobooth

I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the end of of the decade than to be part of the Parliament House’s New Years Eve 2019 over looking the Brisbane River to watch the Fireworks and also provide some Music & Entertainment along with a Photobooth for guests to enjoy.

10 years ago I started DJ BRAD and during that time I’ve had the privilege of DJ’ing, MC’ing many weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.

There have been so many friends and couples that I’ve met along the way, and worked with some amazing people too. I’ve attended many conferences across Australia, trained in workshops, flew over to the USA to learn more as a MC and entertainer.

Our team has worked hard entertaining many kids and school discos, a big thank you to DJ Emily & DJ Samantha for all their hard work over the past few years.

And so as 2019 comes to a close, last night I had the privilege of providing Music and Photobooth services for The Parliament House in Brisbane CBD, and celebrated as we counted down the year, and decade into 2020 and watched the fireworks in the night sky!

Our Open Photobooth was perfect for guests to jump in and get their photo taken, I customised the photo strip with a Logo of Parliament House on it, and guests got to keep a copy of the photo to take home with them. Filled with lots of props and New Years Eve apparel, guests had heaps of fun getting their photo taken in the Photobooth.

Open Photobooth Setup

We danced to a variety of music throughout the night while at the same time I kept an eye on the clock watching as midnight slowly approached with short announcements to let everyone know how far away it was before the fireworks started.

Everyone departed shortly after the end of the fireworks, coming to a close around 12:30am, and then not long after that it was heading off all packed up around 1:30am to head home and get some rest!

It really was a New Years Eve I won’t forget!
