Tonight’s School Formal was for Arcadia College, Year 12 Graduation down on the Gold Coast at the Mantra Hotel. It was such a humid night and everyone was certainly feeling the heat – but all the students & parents still looked great in their outfits.
I met with Seto the MC on the night, and we worked together going through the schedule of events for the School Formal. Once the students had arrived, I played some general background music as Mandy had asked for something to be played as they were announced, and then it was time for some speeches & announcements, and then Student Certificates & Awards. As the students came up I played some more background music to help with the walking on the stage and receiving their award, and one by one all the students came up and received their certificate.
After all the formalities were finished, the students had about 30minutes to have a dance and enjoy the rest of the night before heading home.
