Arcadia College – Year 12 Graduation
November is always a busy period with all the schools throughout Queensland celebrating their Year 12 Graduation and it was great to head out to the Mantra On View Hotel down on the Gold Coast to help provide some Music, Photobooth and AV services for Arcadia College.
Arcadia College based at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, is a co-ed secondary school offering a safe, inclusive and future focused education and well-being program with many bright and amazing students from all walks of life.
I’ve been fortunate enough to do 2 of their Graduations back in 2017 and 2016, and this year they took advantage of my Photobooth Service for the students to enjoy.
In addition to this there was some Microphone Setup & additional speakers required as well as they had their music singer doing a surprise song and a guitar as well so they needed some extra gear which I was able to help them out with.
I got there about 3:00pm to start setting up, and then the night kicked off about 5:30pm – 6:00pm with all the students arriving out the front at reception with all their fancy cars and entourage.
The night saw awards being given out, certificates and big thanks to all the parents and teachers as well – and a lovely slideshow for everyone to enjoy.
After all the awards were handed out, the students took to the dance floor to enjoy the night and party with their friends before heading off into the evening.
