Isabella & Mitch’s Wedding in Stanthorpe

Isabella and Mitch got in contact with me back in April last year in 2018 regarding their wedding in Stanthorpe.

They are absolutely amazing and lovely people and it was a pleasure working with them on this journey.

Isabella & Mitch said:

Hi Brad,

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything that you have done for our wedding just gone. Thank you so much for helping us from the beginning through to the end, you helped our special day become incredible. Thank you so much!

We had a chat over Skype about the different services I could provide and it wasn’t long until they decided they wanted to choose me as their DJ & MC, and also provide a Photobooth Service as well.

Stanthorpe is located about 220km down south heading inland from Brisbane, about 3 hours drive, so it was a pretty big trip outside my normal area but I was more than happy to do the drive as it’s always exciting to travel to new areas that I haven’t DJ’d at before. Now I can add Stanthorpe to my list!

We had a few meetings to discuss planning, logistics and other key details leading up to their wedding, and then it wasnt long until the big day arrived!

We had the Wedding Ceremony rehearsal on Friday, the day before to do some practice and work out timings and music, and it was great to meet the celebrant – Leigh Muller as well, we co-ordinated together on a few things as well.

On the day, the weather could not have been more perfect! The sun was out, and the skies were clear, as guests arrived at Braeside Homestead for the Ceremony, and then after helping out with some photos and coordinating the guests they headed over to the reception at the Stanthorpe International Club, and boy did this place look amazing.

Colors of Purple, White & Black filled the room, with amazing drapes from the ceiling hanging down along with Floral Decorations and Fairy Lights – the stylists did an absolutely amazing job – the place just looked amazing.

Just over 100 Guests filled into the room, finding their tables and getting ready as we welcome’d the Bride & Groom along with the Bridal Party and Parents of the Bride & Groom into the room.

Guests also enjoyed jumping into the photobooth and having some fun wearing the various props and wigs, and then after some speeches and formalities we danced the night away right up until 11:00pm.
